My wife asked her if she was ready to take our order and she still can't comprehend on how to do so. My question is to the hiring manager, How do you hire these people that barely speak English and have ZERO customer service skills? We showed her a 8 peice meal deal for $20 with the QR code for her to scan during the superbowl weekend and the incompetent non english cashier choose 10 peice instead even after showing her the coupon, then she wants to tell us that the coupon is not working, we'll DUH! Sherlock because you put in a 10 piece instead of an 8 peice deal. Even after telling her that she put in a 10 peice instead of an 8 peice, she simply ignored us and had to call her manager for help. You have one job and If the customer is correcting and know what you did wrong, you shouldn't be working as a cashier. Just plain INCOMPETENT!
