If the order was going to take this long. I should've been notified while placing the order that a 2 bagel order will take 45 minutes l, while customers who placed order after me were given their orders.

She told me about the rewards and had the patience for me to load the app and sign in for rewards. Once I logged in, she told me I was eligible for a free bagel! She made me morning! Great smile and outstanding service!

It grossed me out so bad I threw it away. I tried calling the store to see what could be done but no answer. I left a voicemail so we will see if they call me back.
