The breakfast sandwiches are also outstanding, always fresh and never greasy. All the bagels are top quality, especially pretzel bagels, ancient grain and the cheesy hash brown. The service here is always the best. There is seldom and problem and when there is, they fix it.

Staff were completely rude, seemed too busy to actually care about how they make the food. I ordered online and my food was cold and they didn’t even tell me part of what I ordered, they were sold out of. I went back and 3 different people asked if I needed help and then just walked away. If you’re going to be busy, you need to have staff that can keep up with the flow and care

Went to stand in line and the same employee told me "You don't have to be mad!" I was just standing in line, not upset. I was then given my order with the coffee box on top of the muffins, which were all squished and bagels falling out of the box. Horrible customer service. Will not be placing an order for the company again.

Today when I walked in, despite there being several employees behind the counter, I did not hear any welcome or see a smile. The soda machine is not carbonated and often doesn’t contain ice. The napkins weren’t stocked and the whole place is in need of a good cleaning. It seems that this workplace does not foster a culture of good service or even kindness. The bagels are still good.
