  I guiltily ordered a pizza in a blizzard and was worried it would be cold or the order would be cancelled. Surprisingly they didn’t cancel and the pizza was hot upon arrival! Thanks Kevin for the prompt delivery!

  Ordered pizza from here, was over cooked un edible. I tried eating few bites from one or two slices, hard as a rock, bottom of crust burnt. Waist of money. Called store ask to talked to manager, after being ran around for 45 minutes because he was on his break, finally got to talk to him, explained situation, explained food was overcooked, been two hours because he was on his break plus I was thinking what I should do about food, finally decided to call in to see if they could replace, remake it, manage refused because he said I waited to long, I explained I was trying to call but he was on his break plus I was trying to decide what my corse of action should be. He was rude and condescending, he refused to give name and refused to remake food. I am a regular customer and spend a lot of money on pizza 🍕 from Domino’s as well as soda desserts, chicken wings exc. Look at the other reviews, they speak for themselves, this place has gone downhill in food and customer service, take your business elsewhere and safe your money. All I wanted was the food remade and the so called management couldn’t handle a simple customer complaint, he doesn’t need to be a manager, probably related to the owner of this restaurant. 0 stars if I could. This is a corporate franchise, no one person owns Domino’s they only rent the name and pay the company to open up a franchise but if they don’t live up to Domino’s reputation or get too many complaints from customers about service or food or health issues, they can have their franchise removed, revoked or forced to sell to an outside source. In other words if you treat Domino’s customers like they don’t matter, you won’t be in business anymore.

  Ordered Pizza Sunday night after Thanksgiving. Order 1 Jalp & Pineapple. Came out fine. Order 1 alfredo sauce, chicken and onion pizza. Once I got home, I realized the second one was tomato sauce, jalp and onion. Lady on the phone wasn't the friendliest and wanted the original pizza back. How hard is it to look at what was on the screen and put that together?

  I order pickup from here once a month. I have never had a single complaint against the food or staff. The atmosphere is weird becuse the location is not that great but it works.
