  I made a reservation days ago for 10 people to eat here for a birthday party and it was confirmed, and I got several notices. All 10 people came for a birthday party and they told us they can't honor it because another group booked the whole thing. They didn't call me at all until 4:58 today and nobody said anything when when we answered. They didn't text me prior to this. Literally didn't even tell us until we got there. They said some other party booked the whole space and apparently Kristi Hagen the manager didnt think anyone else who already had a reservation needed to be informed. Also, the manager said she tried to call me and I immediately corrected her saying no I have a call from 4:58 today and she tried to play it off like that didn't happen and I had the call log showing no missed calls all week from them so she straight up lied. Her solution was to give us game cards...that none of us even wanted because now all 10 of us have to drive to another location for dinner and wait for a reservation and nobody is going to want to drive back to this stupid place. DO NOT book birthdays here unless you want to be disappointed. Dave and Busters, please train your servers and manager. This was unbelievably unprofessional and ridiculous.

  We had my son’s 11th birthday party here today and it was AWESOME!! Over the years we have been just about everywhere for birthday parties between my three kids and Dave and Busters greatly exceeded my expectations!! The presentation was so nice. There was a buffet style food counter for the food we ordered with food warmers and a water bar. There were personalized place mats with my son’s name on them and we had a dedicated food server. The manager, Cody (who told me his name a few times but in the chaos I might have it wrong) greeted us and went through what to expect and introduced us to our server, Ryan. Ryan was on top of everything!! We did not have to hunt for him for anything. He had all the food, utensils, everything already there when it was needed. We had unlimited game cards so even when our actual party ended we were allowed to stay and play for hours. We all had so much fun. My son and his friends had a great time!! We will definitely be frequenting this place and we will probably be coming back to party next year!!

  We recently visited Dave & Buster’s and had a mixed experience. When we first arrived, we felt pretty ignored by the staff. Despite being noticed, we weren’t acknowledged for quite a while. Eventually, we had to bring our concerns to the general manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful at least i think thats who he was. (Orange shirt). Once we got the attention we needed, everything turned around, and we had a great time enjoying our meal and the games. Overall, it ended up being a positive experience thanks to our sever Sandra ending it in a positive way to make us return again.

  Girls’ Night Out Fun! My girlfriends and I visited this location this past Saturday, and we had an amazing time! The vibe was energetic, the staff was friendly, and the arcade games brought out our inner kids—we laughed and played for hours. The food was good overall, though the macaroni and cheese could use a little more flavor and a thicker consistency. Hopefully they tweak that recipe soon! 😉 Still, the experience was so much fun that I’m already planning to come back with my family. Great spot for a night of food, fun, and friendly competition!

  This place was a game changer for me I been to 3 different ones in 3 different states. This by fare was the best place. Went with a group of 20 and it was perfect. The food came out fast. It came out hot, and the service was great past experience in the other states that I’ve been at Dave & Buster’s was very disappointing from raw chicken to dried food. I was very skeptical about trying this place out from past experience, but like I said, in the beginning game changer, Christie the manager was awesome. The servers were awesome and it was nice to get hot juicy and food that was cooked right and out in a timely matter the servers were great. Everything flowed so good and they never miss the beat on Service and food by far the best experience. I explained to the manager my past experience . Only because people always focus on the bad and never the good and I felt like they should know they were awesome. Definitely will come back and will refer this place to other people. Good job guys.
