  The food came out quick and was hot and tasty. The employee, Peyton was very very kind and professional. She was so awesome to me and my buddy and handled a terrible situation with a rude customer very professionally. Awesome employee and great establishment.

  The chicken strip were big and flavorful The cashier was a bit condescending. He was busier training and telling all he knew rather than taking an order. I have never been corrected while making a fast food order. New experience which I don't want to deal with again.

  After waiting and questioning if the store was closed someone finally came on the speaker and took our order. When we went to pay we were prompted for a tip which is ridiculous to even ask at a fast food drive thru not to mention one where you're left shouting HELLO because nobody is greeting you. Upon leaving we realized what we were eating was not what was ordered. They managed to miss 2/2 of simple orders for blizzards. No fancy leave this or add that just straight up the wrong ones. At this point I was laughing that they gave me an option to tip especially in a service where its not the norm. DQ already seems to struggle to keep locations open and I'm sure someone put some good money into this venture. With employees and service like this its hard to see this location being the example rather than the statistic.

  Stopped in for lunch, no other patrons were there. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable about menu options. Looked for something spicy, and staff recommended flamethrower. It met the goal. Several drinks options.
