- RKRichard Kim3 days ago1.0This location probably has the worst operator in the whole franchise! Do not come here after 6pm. They do not cook fresh food after this time and just wait until things run out. Cold steak, stale rice, no toppings. 1 girl was working the front and register while other employees sat around watching the line of customers.

But after a couple years I gave it another shot at this location while traveling and Sofia was SO nice about it and went out of her way to not only change gloves but also use new utensils and wipe down the whole line for me. Very much appreciated!

I called Chipotle but they won’t help you if you used a delivery service. The delivery person only had one order from there, so it’s definitely not his fault. The store refuses to make it right.
