Today I came in and it’s peaceful, regular but chill busy level. I had to wait for a bit for someone to help me but as someone who has worked in food service, i know what short staffing looks and dells like and the delay wasn’t a ball drop on the crew’s end- I can tell the crew is working hard, cooking, refilling things. A crew member was holding it down alone on the line and then another came back from their break. Then I had my go to burrito made and chips + queso, their new chimichurri sauce and a Poppi soda. The restroom was very clean and I had a face spot to sit and feast. That leaves me a happy camper - hats off to the crew here, I know Chipotle has employee perks but the employees here should be paid much more than they are and sufficiently staffed. AKA the top executives should get paid less 😙
