Had reservation for dinner last week for a special occasion with family. Restaurant was largely empty when we arrived, but they wanted to seat us 6 inches away from another couple. We asked to move to another 4-top just a bit further away, but were refused. Staff said there was another "large party" who had a reservation in a few minutes. Ok, very well. Turns out, that was a lie--only other party to come in was another 4-top of businessmen. No need to lie to customers who are smart enough to see what you've done.
Secondly, this restaurant wants you to order for and by yourself using a QR code at the table, which is difficult and confusing. Ostensibly this is to save on server costs, but there were five severs just standing around chatting while we navigated the menu, and service to the table was lacking.
Finally, the food itself: filets were mealy. Meat was overcooked and not tender. Sides were ok. Dessert options were meager-- a cookie, which was billed as a rum cookie by one server and gingerbread by another. Just overall a disappointment for a celebration dinner. This was our second visit, and we won't be back.

Spent two weeks in Reno for business, and dined in some of the best establishments in town. Biggest Little Steakhouse did not disappoint. Fair priced, delicious food, great presentation and outstanding service.

We showed up during happy hour expecting the pricing to be 30% off drinks and entrees, but the bill for 2 adults was $130 including tip. We ordered a filet and coconut shrimp and a side of mushrooms. 3 glasses of wine.
Think we were not given the happy hour pricing, and will not go back again.
