They finally got let inside only to have the worker threaten to call the cops on them and have them peppersprayed. I was on the phone with them so I called the manager and she said the worker got "anxiety" cause she thought they were staring at her. The worker also let her FRIENDS in and they yelled at my brother and dad. FIRE HER.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
