  Zero complaints. I have never been disappointed with service, wait times, or my beverage at this location. Yes the drive-thru can be long but theyre pretty quick about it.

  Dutch in Reno, NV unfortunately disappointed my family. Not a great set up for their location, not very friendly staff and the drinks were made different from other Dutch Bros. Maybe it will be different next time we choose to drive through Reno.

  This was my first time having a negative experience at Dutch Bros, and it was absolutely unacceptable. They were completely understaffed, so asked us to park and walk up. Not a big deal, but the people on shift did not do their jobs correctly. We told them our specifications; a Carmel Macchiato, almond milk, with cinnamon added. NOT a Carmelizer. They acted as though they put in the right order but still gave the wrong drink. We waited 45 minutes for this drink as well, as we watched them hand out multiple orders to people that came AFTER us. The service was unacceptable as they did not even try to correct their mistakes, just looked at us dumbfounded. I'm very unhappy and will not be visiting this location again. 45 minutes for a Carmelizer I did not order & a kids mango smoothie. Seriously?

  They hired a new guy to watch the line and he is insufferable, he stands in front of your car when you already can't even see the bumper in front of you and hand waves to go forward even more while still being right in front of my vehicle. No! I think we all understand there can be more than one inch between all of us and another car still isn't getting into the line. The service is also incredibly slow here, often at night the line won't move for 10 minutes because the person at the window won't stop yapping to whichever friend of theirs is in the car at the front. The people working here aren't very friendly either, which I don't usually care about, but compounded with the annoying experience just trying to get into the line in the first place makes it a bad time altogether. I will be going to the south virginia location instead. Probably the worst dutch in town.

  Was tuned away as some security guy told us only so many cars can wait in line at a time, so took our 2 carloads of 8 orders to Starbucks. Saw 5 other cars turned away in the time it took us to turn our cars around. Wild to me they are willing to turn away ~15 orders/customers in matter of 5 minutes just because there were already maybe 8 cars in line. Would have been happy to wait in the line…but in the end thankful Starbucks doesn’t turn $ away.
