  If I could give a 0 I would. I hardly ever feel like a customer service experience would give me enough reason to actually write a review but my experience last night was so terrible that I am more then inclined to write a review. We ordered over 110$ worth of food online for delivery. When the food came to the house and we set everything down, I noticed all of the ranch cups I ordered were not delivered. I ordered 32 Parmesan garlic wings and 16 honey bbq wings. I then called the store to let them know we did not receive the ranch and I requested a refund. The man I spoke to on the phone told me they CANNOT refund me and can only bring me the ranch we ordered. I told him I did not want the ranch anymore as by the time it was to arrive there would be no point because surely my kids are not going to wait that long to eat. The man on the phone said oh I’m sorry we just can’t give you a refund we can only reliever and bring you the ranch. At that moment I asked him what his managers name is and if I can speak to him. He said his name is Connor but he just actually went on break but he also reconfirmed to me that it was his manager who told him that they cannot give a refund so there was no point in asking for him. I told him that I have NEVER in my life purchased something and if I did not receive it, been told that I cannot get my money refunded. He just said yeah that’s their policy and I don’t buy that for a second!!!!! I have ordered from dominos in multiple states and even other countries and I have never had an experience like that in my life! Needless to say, I am NEVER ORDERING from this scam of a so called restaurant business. It’s not even about the money as much as it is the customer service and principal. I don’t know if this is due to lack of training, rudeness, laziness or ALL 3!!!!!! shame on this establishment

  Slowest domino’s I’ve ever been to, 8 customers up front waiting for food and employees refused to greet or even acknowledge any of us.

  Food was under cooked, pizza was floppy, cheese bread was doughy and chicken wings were as if they threw frozen wings into a microwave. Only thing good was the lava cake

  I will never step foot in this establishment due to how their staff treat fellow service workers. Beyond rude, but judging by some of the reviews I see they treat their own customers like trash as well. Spend your money elsewhere
