- RRRachelMar 25, 20261.0Went in and originally wanted 2 pizzas and bread bites. Came to order and a (I’m assuming in training) worker came to take our order, need help on everything (again fine when training or new). Paid $57 for our food and “magically” the order was lost. Transaction was shown on bank statement and still “couldn’t take the order” because of something on their side. After previously double checking the order went through. The workers acted irritated and annoyed as we tried to solve the situation. Overall the workers seemed as though they’ve never seen a computer, weren’t trained, had little to no customer service skills whatsoever, and coped an attitude when they made the mistake. Customer service isn’t hard especially with understanding people, being disrespectful is ludicrous.

- CSCheyenne SheerinJan 6, 20261.0The website isn't working, I tried to call to order and use the deal when you buy more than 1 medium pizza or 8 pc wings, and the cashier instantly was "I can put the order in for you but I don't have access to that coupon" Let me just say, when they say that, they're 100% lying. Especially with that deal. I know because I've worked for dominos. Just at a different location. However the ones I worked at were kind enough to put in the coupon for the customer especially when the website wasn't cooperating. It's literally a click of a button on the screen. But since this location doesn't want to provide great customer service, just know there's other domino locations that will click the deal on for you. Avoid this one because they're lazy and they suck
