  Absolutely amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was super friendly, fast, and made everything perfectly. The food was fresh and delicious, and the Blizzard was mixed to perfection (as always!). The place was clean, and the service really stood out. Definitely one of the best Dairy Queen locations I’ve been to—highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something sweet or a quick bite!

  It’s so great to have another ice cream place in South Reno! The drive through makes it very convenient For our Five Hearts Preschool students to go for a treat😊

  I’ve never had a complaint about their food or ice cream up until last night. My bf and I went and got food, I also ordered the brownie Oreo cupfection (my go to) and noticed something tasted off. My bf tried it and said the same thing. At the same time we both mentioned the caramel tasted like perfume. I don’t know if it had gone bad or what happened but the taste lingered. It tasted like someone had sprayed their perfume into it. This was such a let down cause I refused to finish the ice cream.

  Food was poor compared to others dqs. Ice cream was heavy in topping and light on ice cream. Was only like 5 orders while we were there and all of the were messed up. All staff seemed lost.
