- DCD. Lowe ComedyMar 25, 20261.0Over 3 years I’ve lived here I’ve come to this chipotle around a dozen times out of convenience. Every single time, without even one exception, their food is whack. Pretty much everything is under-seasoned (even for chipotle), the rice is dry, and half the time the beans are cold. Honestly, it tastes like they dump the beans straight out of a can into your dish. Other Chipotle’s in Reno don’t seem to have this problem, especially not on a recurring basis. They get my order “correct” most times, and it comes out in a timely manner, so I guess that’s something?

I was the 4 person in line and was in the store for nearly 30 min. I was late back to work from lunch. Burrito was wrapped horribly (not a huge deal but it was just a horrible mess to eat). Asked for chicken and got a half scoop from the worker.. like 5 pieces. Employee at the register who just made my food says “uhhh I forgot.. was there queso on this?” He just made my burrito 30 seconds ago. Just an all around bad experience. Would not recommend this location.
