  The staff was all doing the same job standing at the prep table having social hour no concerns about the business. It only takes 1 person to prep and open the line I know by experience 22 years working in kitchens The lobby was disgusting deep cleaning is neglected where it matters chairs to gross you do not even want to sit in them first customer of the day how could it be so dirty if people do not feel clean and safe in the lobby youre gonna lose a lot of business I won't be back your lobby and chairs need cleaned and sanitized every 30 min cleaned if you know what clean means looks like the entire staff needs retrained on there dutys and what clean means its the whole teams responsibility especially managers this place was disgusting lost my business.

  Absolutely rude attendant. We got 2 veggie burrito bowls to-go and the guac on the side. The guac was filled barely half the small container. We have never seen guac portion so small. We pointed this to the employee. She (Cheyenne) rudely denied and kept insisting that this is regular portion size, which we informed her has never been the case in any other Chipotle we have visited (we frequent Chipotle) to know that this serving was undersized. She still rudely denied. Very disappointed with this location.

  My husband and daughter was craving chipotle! This location was the first one I’ve ever been to that looked so disgusting! Before we walked in, trash outside door, get in side all you see is overflowing trash cans inside, tables are not wiped down or clean, you can see so much crumbs and stain food/drinks on there. On the floor so much food and crumbs not sweeped up. Omgosh and the drinks area, had so much crumbs of rice around there. If that how it looks like when you walk in, then you don’t ever want to eat there again! Do not go to location, cause it dirty and food was not good. My husband and daughter only ate their food cause they were hungry but not satisfied. We’ve been to better chipotle and this location will never be one we will ever go to. Food, service and atmosphere was literally horrible!!!!!!! It the staff fault, this is the manager fault! The manager needs to lead the workers. So if the manager doesn’t care that the place is not clean and etc with food, then you need to be fired. It goes to show how your house is clean if you manage how poor this location is! Anyways, never again at this location! So disappointed!!!! **NO STARS at all for this location!!!!

  Every time I have come here, the staff are absolutely rude and dismissive. They practically yell at you when you try to order, throw your cup at you, and ridicule you for picking up your order through the drive through. Funny how you work in the food/customer service industry, and then make every paying customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

  It was our first time at this location and they ran out of chicken so we had to wait 10-15 minutes for more to be done. We waited and waited and when we finally got to order the guy had put so much red salsa that it overpowered the whole meal and the food tasted bland like there was no seasoning. The next day I had the worst stomach pain in the world and I was throwing up all day. It lasts about 24 hours before feeling better so honestly I think I got food poisoning here.
