  Uses a coupon from the app, but the Arby's cash register wouldn't take it. I was told I would have to order something other that what the coupon said. I explained that I wanted what the offer said, and that was the only reason I came there. The manager was smart enough to make it work "outside the box", and she did.

  Every time I go you forget the sauce I ask for it at the screen it’s on my receipt not in my bag and I never notice until I’m home booooo that sucks lame

  This Arby's has trouble with quality control. The last three times there had been issues with my order. 1st time missing part of my order. 2nd time half of the order was wrong. 3rd time missing food from my order once again. Needless to say 3 strikes you'er out. I'll think twice before returning.
