  Work area hidden, so you don't know what is available as extras. Bread very stale. Very small portions of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. DId not ask about mayo or mustard. I guess they expect everyone to know how they operate. First and last time for us.

  This is the slowest sandwich place I’ve ever been to. I sat there waiting for my food for almost an hour before I got mad and left without it. I had a family member place the order through the app then they sat there waiting another hour. They called and were immediately put on hold, and no one ever got back on the phone. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I definitely won’t waste my time with them again.

  I have to say that the service was the best. The 2 young men there did a great job. It was the food. The turkey looked processed and the fresh avocado was actually store bought guacamole. It was not fresh. Also the bacon club only had 3 strips. I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s but this one was surprising. Hopefully next food order will be a better one. 6/18/24; Addendum: today’s order from Jimmy John’s was perfect! Some times there are off days and they always have a smile on their face. So I give it a 10
