  Waited 10 minutes for soggy fries that had no salt on them. A shame, considering it was the free fries from the Las Vegas Golden Knights scoring the prior night. Don't come here if you want decent food, because you won't find it here. Flies are everywhere in the restaurant. Edit: After another order, I waited 10 minutes for a hot and spicy and it was barely warm temperature-wise. Management is sloppy and constantly messes up orders, wait times too long.

  So when did Mc Donald's turn in to a one pump chump? We ordered two hot fudge Sundays and received a tablespoon if that on our Sundays we had to ask for more and of course the guy said I will have to charge you! What? Did they just change how they make a sunday? I refuse to come back to this store! And by the way you need to get people that are informed in their positions so that their explanation for why things are done a certain way makes sense to the customer.

  Waited for an hour to get my food then it was lukewarm. They said that it was because the soda machine wasn’t working and because I wanted a Coke they could’ve informed me of that at the beginning to order something else. Instead, they held my order over a Coke I told them to give me a water. They finally brought the food 15 minutes later With no water I approached them again asked for my Coke if it was machine was fixed, which they said it was then the guy walked around for five more minutes just to get me a Coke. The service was absolutely horrible today. They should’ve informed me at the very beginning. The Cook machine was not working And everybody else had had to wait for an 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t know what’s going on with this McDonald’s it used to be really good service but the last few times I’ve been here it’s been slow. We even came once where they had the playground shut down right after church on a Sunday, which is one of the busiest times and they said it was shut down because it was being cleaned and it has cleaning times on it what time they are going to clean it and it’s not at that time. You would think they would be offering you something free or a free meal for the inconvenience. Apparently the management isn’t training the employees to make it efficient.

  If I could if give 0 stars I would. Management is where it begins. This establishment does not have any or we would not receive old, cold, hard food and orders that are incomplete. This is officially the last time my family and I will ever spend a dime at this location. This is in fact 100% the worst MD I've ever been to. They don't care and it shows. I did a mobile order and once I got to the window the kid hands me 5 drinks, but I had 6. I tell him and he looks at me like I'm just making it up. I said I had 3 of the $6 meals with drinks as well as 3 HM and there's only 5 drinks here . He tells his manager and then tells me to go park and they would bring it out with our food. I park and finally a kid comes out with our food and NO drink. I said I was told my missing drink would be out with our food? He looked confused and says oh, was it a diet drink? I said no regular coke. I wait and wait and wait. He finally comes out with 8 large drinks, only to walk past me and say I'll be right back with your drink. He delivers those drinks to a seperate car, goes back in and a couple minutes later brings me a coke that has ice. I ordered the coke without ice and he would've known that had there been communication in the kitchen. I go in, and the kid near the pickup counter looks at me, and the manager looks at me, and I say I ordered this coke w/out ice. I toss the other into trash while I wait for the new one. It was around 4:30pm when this all occurred so that manager on shift is definitely someone who needs some retraining. #1 If a mobile order is placed for drive-thru that's what it should be. #2 If a customer tells you hey I'm missing a drink, make it at that very moment and complete the order. #3 STOP serving OLD, COLD food!!! After all that, we got home to DCB with hard buns and patties that looked like they reheated them from the night before, nuggets that looked extremely overcooked with a weird old taste and cold stale fries! Never again!
