  Just looked up the directions, didn't Even Go There. But I have eaten at this particular location a couple of times. The prime rib was Undercooked but Very Tender and Delicious. The employees are GREAT and Very friendly and helpful. Oh, I'm disabled. I dined in and took out too!

  I tend to order patty mets almost every place that offers it. At the Golden Harvest Café, I ordered the patty melt and I must say it is the worst patty melt I have ever had. After reading the description of the patty melt, I had high expectations after reading it was $11 since I have never paid so much for it. After the first bite, my throat was scratchy and hard to swallow after how dry the patty melt was. The meat was mediocre held on one side by one thin layer of white cheese that was supposed to be Swiss. The melt came with “grilled onions” however the onions were only partially grilled on the tips. The onions were cut into very thick chunks making my patty melt even harder to swallow thick raw onions. I noticed on one side the bread slice had absolutely nothing on it. No cheese or other vegetables. How can you not put a slice of cheese on both sides? It was the most plain melt I have ever eaten. When you say the word “melt, the meal should do just that, not suffer with only one thin slice of dried Cheese taking away the Mouth watering taste of actual melted cheese. The golden tots that came with the meal were placed in a small brown fast-food type pouch. I loved the crispy texture of the tots but they were too greasy. How can you serve greasy cold tots in a greasy fast-food pouch? For being greasy it should be hot, but it wasn’t. I imagine they were sitting in at room temperature for a while. It should be called cold tots not gold tots. The waitresses were so rude and pretty clumsy. Before we were seated one of the waitresses gave us a very sarcastic tone directing us to wait by the “please be seated” sign. She could have at least said “someone will be right with you”. Another waitress was practically arguing with an elderly couple as they were ordering because they were hard of hearing. This place is trash. Everyone needs to be properly trained and at least pretend you care. I will NOT be back. Do not waist your time! Pure garbage!

  Slow service. Given wrong food. And food was cold. Wont be going back.
