  To Whom It May Concern, Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Delivery Driver Misconduct and Demand for Resolution My name is Brian. I am writing in the hope of resolving an urgent matter peacefully and without the need for legal action. On Friday, November 21st, at approximately 6:00 PM, a delivery driver from your establishment located at 250 NV-160 Ste B-6, Pahrump, NV 89048, mistakenly delivered pizzas to my home. I gladly received the order because I was expecting a visit from my Pastor, who had previously informed me he would be bringing pizzas. Upon the driver's arrival, I mistakenly assumed my Pastor had ordered them, unaware that the delivery error was merely a coincidence. Two minutes later, the same driver returned to my door, aggressively accusing and yelling at me, claiming I had stolen the pizzas. I attempted to calmly explain that it was a mistake, given that my Pastor had communicated his plan to bring pizzas, and I had innocently believed the delivered order was his. Despite my explanation, the driver continued his screaming accusations. I immediately returned the pizzas, which were untouched. Demand for Resolution If this specific delivery driver does not come to my home to personally apologize for his racism, his unfounded accusation, and his violent behavior before the end of the day on Monday, November 23rd, I will be obliged to take two immediate steps: File a formal lawsuit against your establishment. Publicly release the security camera recordings of his racist, accusatory, and violent conduct on social media platforms. I hope this matter can be resolved peacefully and professionally, ensuring we will not have to resort to litigation. Sincerely, Brian.

  Just what I expected which was way better than what I could have expected after reading the reviews. No complaints food is at delicious standard.

  Ordered a pizza for my wife and kids this evening. Ordered extra sauce, and I don't know if this is one of those trick or treat things, and this was one of the tricks but absolutely no sauce. Pizza was dryer than my grandmother's chest receptacles. Called to inform the store of the mix up and was told " we have a new policy, if it's good enough to eat it's good enough to keep". Well buddy, didn't eat it but I'll be in to tomorrow evening to bring your pizza back. Hope you have my money.

  When I see the commercials on TV, and they show the toppings on the Pizza it makes me so upset that the one I get from this store looks nothing like it. They're so cheap with the toppings. I've had slices with no toppings and hardly any sauce and cheese on it. They leave a good 3-4 inches that they don't put anything between the crust and where the sauce starts, you can't even see the cheese on it. It's disgusting how the Pizza from this store looks absolutely, nothing like the commercials. What a rip off!!! It's so dry you can barely swallow it 😩 The atmosphere there is so phoney, they try to act like they care but all the while they're ripping you off with their cheaply made pizza!

  The pizza was amazing, I had just came home from the hospital, after 5 days. My granddaughter answered the door to the delivery guy. I was away from the door so he couldn't see me because I wasn't dressed appropriately. He was upset at my granddaughter because he wasn't tipped ! I had explained to him that I just got home from the hospital. He was still mad. I won't be ordering from them anymore. He wasn't too nice to my granddaughter and she's only 12.
