  They should be investigated they take 10 min to take an order and 20 to make it. No way it should take 30 minutes for a smoothie customer and service sucks

  Cashier that served me could do a little better on communication and paying attention. I was given the wrong receipt.

  I had stopped going to this location due to bad service. I made an online order when I got there they gave me the wrong sandwich. I took and back and they asked for my receipt and told me I had the wrong location. The receipt clearly showed the right location. Then they only gave me a smoothie and no sandwich. And asked me again what I ordered.

  THIS PLACE NEVER FAILS TO REMIND ME WHY WE DONT GO HERE . Someone needs to send a higher up and get this place right . I’ve been coming here since 2016 and the service absolutely sucks ! I’ve contacted tropical smoothie before through its website and all you can offer me is $10 to use for tropical smoothie BUT ID RATHER SOMEONE GET FIRED AND GET THE RIGHT STAFF WITH THE RIGHT TRAINING so I can come here and enjoy tropical smoothie without having to drive miles to another one . At a time there have been workers actively blocking the drive thru preventing people from ordering , another time were I’ve been told consistently that they are out of food and not taking orders . Today it’s 3/15/2026 and I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes ! Server :Giovanna, took my payment and served me my smoothie which is not full but somehow managed to get all over the lid? She asked if I wanted a receipt I exclaimed yes she handed my food with no receipt . It’s sickening that this place never sees to change no matter how many one star reviews or how shitty the service is . Will not be coming here again because clearly the standards at this tropical smoothie will never change !

  Came in on a Sunday 645p, took 12 minutes for the first person at the register to get their order taken. Then another 25 minutes to receive my order. 35 min wait from walking in the door to receiving my order. One worker training another new worker. They got the guy in front of me order wrong. I ordered 4 drinks & got 2 straws. Drive thru timer for the car at the window got their order at 27min,the one after that car was at 26 min when I left. I wish I read the reviews before I went here. It’s no mistake why the reviews are what they are. The owner definitely knows why but doesn’t do anything to make a change except post an AI generated generic response. Please avoid this location at all costs
