  Blanca handled my call with a complete lack of professionalism!! Responded with hostility and rude inappropriate language when I simply asked to place an order for my family!!! This behavior is unacceptable, reflects poorly on the company, and indicates a serious failure to meet expected standards of conduct for their employees, never coming back and hope they fire her. Will be calling corp as this was extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience. Hope she gets what she deserves and all those people who laughed on the phone as she hung up on me!

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Pizza Hut. I ordered two hand-tossed cheese pizzas and both tasted like leftovers dry, barely any sauce or cheese, and not fresh at all. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

  I’ve been ordering from this store for almost 5 years and usually never have an issue and have never called in on a mistake but today I called in and spoke to Blanca who was extremely rude. They messed up the pizza and when I asked for a refund she asked me to wait while they remade and delivered a new pizza and gave it he old one back or get a 10 dollar credit on an 18 dollar pizza and have my family wait another 30 mins to eat. I asked for 18 dollars credit with out another pizza being delivered. She told me no that I had to give the pizza back that I ordered via delivery in order to get the 18 dollar credit. I work in customer service and would never ask for this from a customer. Besides all that she was extremely rude and abrasive over the phone.

  I thought patience was a virtue. Like, good things come to those that wait but 30 minutes for just a little personal pizza only to get the boneless wings that looked like someone took a bite out of two of them. For the life of me, I can't understand how the cook can cook the food and put it in the box without saying to themselves.... that's not good. I mean, they had 30 minutes. And they still couldn't get it right. And here's me breaking my personal policy to not tip unless I have an actual server. Slow. Poor quality. Overpriced. Picture attached. Wings look like someone took a bite out of two of them. Pass. Hard pass
