  Approximately five minutes after placing my order, I received a text notification stating that my delivery would be handled by DoorDash to ensure a faster arrival. However, I never received the order. During the delivery window, I was called multiple times by a driver who spoke only Spanish. I explained that I did not understand and do not speak Spanish, but the driver continued to repeat the same information before hanging up. I went outside to see if I see the delivery driver but nobody was there. The driver called back three additional times and eventually sent me a text message containing only a picture of a brick wall. Despite these communications, my food was never delivered. I have already requested a refund for this order but have yet to receive confirmation or the funds.

  Update: No response from provided email. More wasted time. I live less than a mile from this location. I had a couple drinks and was feeling Pizza, so obviously ordered delivery. I place my order and it says it's a 20-30 minute estimate. Perfect. 30 minutes goes by so I check the app. Now it's 35-45 minutes. Alright. An hour passes. No updates on the app and it's stuck showing that time that has long since passed. 1 hour and 10 minutes later it finally says it on the way. 5 minutes later I have my pizza. Which was cold. My mini-cinnamon rolls all weird. My wings were almost warm because their container. So that means my pizza probably wasn't even in the warmer for most of that time...3000 points wasted and a feeling that the $5.50 delivery fee was definitely way too much.

  My pizza was pretty bad honestly. I ordered hand tossed and it was definitely not that but it was thin crust. My garlic bread sticks didn't have garlic on them. I had an awful experience with the escalation department. They were supposed to place my order to be ready at x time, because of a reward I was having issues using, so they were helping me with applying my reward. I get to the pizza hut at x time it was supposed to be ready, to then find out I never had an order, nothing was placed at all, zero items, zero order, absolutely nothing. Unfortunately this was at 2 am and now pizza hut was closing and I couldn't place my own order either if I even wanted to. So that night I went without my order. I wasted my time and my money / gas, I drove all the way across town to pickup a pizza, I cut my visit at my friend's House short to make it on time to pickup this pizza. All for no reason. Scary, If escalation can't get it right, then that's worrisome.
