- JNJim Nix2 days ago2.0Curbside pickup apparently had no one to bring the food out, although there was no indication of that anywhere. Food was ok, or what we got of our order. Missing a side that is $5, but we did get the rest. Somewhat chewy steak and a not so great baked potato. The wedge salad was the highlight of the meal. Quality keeps going down as the price keeps going up.

I hadn’t been there in years, but we decided to go, and I’m so glad we did. Our server was very professional and understanding when we mentioned that our mashed potatoes were not hot. She quickly addressed the issue and brought in the manager, Christina Medina. Christina was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure we felt valued as guests. Her level of customer service truly stood out. If I could give Christina a 10-star rating, I absolutely would—but since the highest is 5 stars, she definitely deserves every bit of it!
