  I legitimately go out of my way to go here. Normally its on point and perfect. But the last few times have had mistakes and I finally had it. They didnt put cheese on my big arch and they didnt put the 4piece in as part of my mcdouble meal deal. I dont even want to drive back it would be another hour before I got my stuff corrected. Please do better and get back to being better than the Decatur location

  Thanks so much for today. I was 26 hours straight working. And My daughter asked me for Breakfast. I take my time to go to this McDonald's. It was something missing so I call . Marlon Answer, very friendly resolve my issue So I'm back to McDonald's and Nanci was so nice . I was so tired to work but their Attention made my day . Thank you for your help

  This young guy with glasses and curly hair just described me as "that black lady" when talking to another coworker about my order. That is UNACCEPTABLE. This makes me not want to frequent this establishment anymore!!!

  Terrible service, manager is rude. She said we had to bring the person who ordered, inside to get the order, not only that they Took our Free fries off the App, she didn’t help out situation, instead of that she kept yelling at us, being rude, and disrespectful. Not only that we had proof of an receipt, to get free fries from McDonald’s, every time golden knights score s you get any size free fries, employees were also rude telling us to go to a counter, even though we did a mobile order at the drive-through, and they couldn’t just simply give us 1 free fries for free, even on the app it said all across southern Nevada.

  Many times this location screwed us up. Both my husband and I have the app so we order from the app and do curbside pickup whenever we want to. Most of the time it’s either we have missing order or missing toy on happy meal, and a half-full large French fries. We only learn this once we’re home and starts opening the bag. We usually let it go, then one time I had to call…. Today it’s very frustrating coz we’re already so tired and hungry and we thought ordering at this location coz it’s close to home is logical. Well guess what…Missing chicken nuggets…. Again. This location can’t do it right. Very inefficient. When I called before, I was told to go back to the restaurant so we can get the missing order. Such an inconvenience. We have not gone back ever to get our missing order. It’s not worth it to spend gas. I’m sure others feels the same way. Great MO.
