  Don't waste your time. I always have issues with this location. Ordered the new Hunter collab meal. No collectible. No seasoning for the fries. Cold nuggets. These fast food companies are just not worth the price they are charging now.

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We paid for extra sauces (buffalo and ranch), and instead of simply helping us, the crew member—Diego—acted completely unprofessional. He literally dug his hands into the food while we were asking for the sauces we already paid for. That is absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. I’ve worked for McDonald’s before, so I know the standards, and this is nowhere close to what customer service is supposed to look like. You’re supposed to help customers, not ignore them, get an attitude, and handle food in an unsanitary way. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. If this location were being evaluated, it would be an immediate fail. I will be reporting this to corporate because no customer should have to deal with this kind of behavior.This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.   I arrived here and was greeted with a warm smile ! Not only that but Maria Juarez made my visit so amazing and this is the type of customer service I’ll come back for , not only that but I was short and I was going to use two different methods of pay ! Maria was attentive and seen that I was struggling and without asking she paid for my meal & I’m really grateful! I haven’t had great customer service like this in years ! Amazing Gracias Maria ! Made my day 💐

  WORST MCDONALDS EVER! I ordered an online order and waited for 30 min outside. After waiting I pulled into the drive thru and told them i was waiting and wanted to just pick it up through drive thru they said “well we’re busy” I proceeded to the window where the very rude manager said “you need to check in” I said I did check in I’ve been waiting. They made me park and I waited again another 10min. My man went inside asking to speak to the manager and to get a refund. The manager refused to see him but she did have the nerve to say “they aren’t getting a refund” from across the room. After asking for her several times she came out and said the ice cream machine was broken. So why not tell us that to begin with? She was very unprofessional and I’m not sure how she’s even a manager

  Ordered only a single medium drink and waited 13 minutes then asked the front about it. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to give me my drink. Definitely avoid this place during midday due to order rush.
