- JJJoo1 day ago1.0I just witnessed a crazy situation. One of the employees here seems completely unhinged. She told a customer that he had to pick up his order and take it with him into the restroom. She refused to give him the restroom code so he could use the bathroom first before picking up his order. Instead, she insisted he take the order and then go to the restroom with it. That makes absolutely no sense. Rather than letting him use the restroom first and then pick up his order, she expected him to carry the food into the bathroom. It’s honestly disturbing that people like this are working here. Judging by how she looks, she probably doesn’t even wash her hands after using the restroom. She doesn’t seem to know what basic hygiene is.

For starters, the wings are SO DRY due to them not adding ENOUGH SAUCE to the wings or they come out BURNT AS HELL. Next, their employees don’t take their job serious.. They constantly conversate and don’t focus on their work and that’s why orders take forever to be made and why they turn out wrong. All in all, I really do hope they figure it out and fix these problems because this one on lake mead is a total mess! I don’t know if it’s the lack of management the manager is not doing or whoever but changes need to be made in that location in order for this restaurant to stop having so many 1 stars and with such poor reviews. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW. DO BETTER!!!

Guaranteed, never fails every single time they screw up my order and they are always rude about it when I call them out on it. I really hate the fact that this is the closest to my house please make a new location near by.

My food was undercooked underseason. So after paying 50 plus dollars I had to re cook my food it was evident the employees weren't paying attention to detail from the people taking orders to the cooks. If I could id give them a negative 🌟. Moral of the story you will be extremely disappointed if you visit this location for food. Just nasty extremely I could go on and on and on about the horrible service!!!!
