  I’ve had multiple issues at this Centennial Wingstop location. Twice my fries were missing entirely, requiring return trips. Today I received fries, but the portion appeared smaller than the large I ordered, and my food container wasn’t closed, causing my sandwich to fall into the bag when I checked it. I submitted feedback through the app as previously instructed. A manager called asking me to remove feedback and avoid submitting reviews because it “hurts them.” That request felt inappropriate. Customers are able to share experiences openly.

  Absolutely the worse location. I order cheese fries with EXTRA hot honey seasoning and they continue to only sprinkle some on the top layer of fries 🤦🏾‍♂️ , last time was the last straw though, they completely didn’t pack my fries and basically told me unless I could turn around to grab them then I was just out of luck. I’ve ordered from them 3-4 times and every time is a disappointment . Definitely rather mess with the west Craig location

  I was hesitant to walk in because of the reviews…. Unfortunately the reviews are spot on. I came in with my 2 year old son and asked to eat in. They put my food in a bag and I said “I was hoping to eat here.. but all the tables are taken.” She said, “sorry”. There are 2 employees on break. One at each table. I asked if the employees could sit together. They accommodated but the girl who took my order knew I asked to eat inside and took the last table anyway.

  My wife and I work from home and we were on our lunch break so we decided to dine in at this Wing Stop. We placed our order (10 boneless Hickory smoked bbq and 5 plain tender combos) and mentioned about 4 times that we would be eating there. Cashier read back the order and everything sounded great so we paid and went to sit down. Our food came out shortly after in a to go bag so we decided to take the food home. Opended the bag to make sure we had all of our items and left. Once we began eating, we quickly realized the boneless wings did not have the correct sauce. Checked the receipt only to see the cashier put Spicy Korean BBQ instead of HS BBQ. Ended up not eating the wings and was unable to get it corrected since our lunch break was over. Based on service alone I would rather drive the extra 4 minutes to go to the Craig road location. Interior was very clean as well as their soda machine area. Total bill was $35 for 2 combos and 2 extra sides of ranch.
