- SSScarlett SolorzanoOct 1, 20251.0went for an orange juice. stated on drive thru speaker “ one large orange juice “ and lady responded “i’m sorry???” and i repeated “ one large orange juice”. pulled up and no good morning or greeting, lady just grabbed my payment. a few minutes later she hand me a smoothie. i told her i ordered an orange juice. she began to say “orange drink. orange banana pineapple” and just began listing off ingredients. i noticed there was a language barrier and i spoke to her in spanish explaining i ordered a juice, not a smoothie. first she said they don’t sell orange juice, which was fine i could have gone elsewhere (btw outside menu was all faded and folded over so it was difficult to check if they sold juice) then she said i said orange smoothie and was giving me a lot of attitude at which point i took the smoothie and said it was fine as i was not going to be arguing with this very loud and very wrong lady. will not be going back and will be following up w corporate because this issue could have easily been avoided if she had said since the beginning they did not sell orange juice rather than deciding to charge me for a smoothie instead.
