    There are two Peanut butter drinks - both are good, don't remember what thwy are called but the one with whey protein is legit

    I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but this visit was unacceptable. I received an open, already-peeled banana with my order. It wasn’t wrapped or covered at all, which is a big red flag for food safety and hygiene. I tried calling the store right after to let them know and give them a chance to fix it, but no one answered the phone. Between the open food and the lack of response, I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their food handling and customer service.

    Ordered a drink, got to the window and asked to add a banana to the order. But everyone in there speaks 10% English, 90% Spanish. So they couldn’t comprehend a very simple request. I wasn’t even rude about it, just tried to ask in different ways for them to understand. Then they get mad, close the door and walk away… This branch needs to be closed.

    This place wasn't very will lit. The 2 teenagers in the evening shift wouldn't look at me. One of them handed me a drink with his head completely down. It was a very odd and awkward experience. Felt like something was off. Possible he was having a bad day. Overall odd behavior.
