  Took at least 10 minutes for someone to even talk to us and take an order. 20 minutes to get it. Ordered strawberry smoothie and got a peanut butter one instead. I mean, $8 for a smoothie and cant even get what i ordered. It was a joke. But, maybe you should hire employees who speak English, it'd probably help.

  Came in on a Sunday 645p, took 12 minutes for the first person at the register to get their order taken. Then another 25 minutes to receive my order. 35 min wait from walking in the door to receiving my order. One worker training another new worker. They got the guy in front of me order wrong. I ordered 4 drinks & got 2 straws. Drive thru timer for the car at the window got their order at 27min,the one after that car was at 26 min when I left. I wish I read the reviews before I went here. It’s no mistake why the reviews are what they are. The owner definitely knows why but doesn’t do anything to make a change except post an AI generated generic response. Please avoid this location at all costs

  This location is normally good but the interaction I had with the male manager this morning really didn’t for me he is rude I order a drink all the time that is normally on the kids menu and they always make it in a adult size for me they change me more but I’m totally fine with it. However this morning the manager that is on duty 2/25/26 @8:30am is very very rude and told me he is the manager and he will not make it for me I told him I order it like that almost in a daily basis and have never had a problem he then told me that he don’t care that he is not going to at this point it’s about the way he said it that was rude. I understand the drink I wanted was not on the regular menu as a adult size and was only in kid size but I have ordered it like this many many times I would like a diffrent manager or corporate to call me because they need a new person there if you are gunna be dealing with the public you need to have a better attitude about it because the manager you have now is rude and condescending. Won’t go back to this location

  We walked in acknowledge that they were helping the drive-through there were no other guest in the store , we waited 10 minutes patiently, never once did they acknowledge us from the moment we walked in the store, finally we said hello you never even acknowledged us and the guy behind the counter tells me that you see we’re busy. I should’ve figured it out myself, and I should just keep waiting . If I could put negative zero stars I would don’t ever go to this tropical smoothie Café the three rudest people you will ever see that know nothing about customer service. I really hope the owner of this establishment reads this and does something about the rudeness and unprofessional workers they have there.
