I’ve been calling constantly today since 8 AM this morning and no one picks up the phone.

When I told the employee I had a pick up order he goes “you placed this 48 seconds ago come on. Pull up” in a rude tone. Confused, I pulled forward and showed him my email that said I placed the order at 6:20am and he didn’t even apologize or anything for being wrong. It wasn’t my fault as a customer he just saw the order, There must be a delay in your system, but there was no reason he needed to give me attitude, if the order wasn’t ready I would have been patient and waited. I get that he was frustrated but he doesn’t need to take that out on me. I was scared to even drink the smoothie because I was afraid he spit in it, since he was so disgruntled towards me that he thought i placed the order “48 seconds ago”. He just handed me the smoothie and he didn’t say a word. I never want to come to this location again.
