    This taco bell claims its open 24 hours. In the taco bell app. After placing an order with the app. Says order is confirmed. Once I get to the drive up they tell me only Uber eats and another service is available. I let them know I ordered online. Then a lady rudely tells me they are down. Every time I go around 2;45am. The system is down. Its been atleast 5 times with the same issue. They shouldn't say they are open 24 hours if they are always down at 2:45 am. Luckily there was a McDonald's next door and they are actually open 24 hours.

    Drive thru employee (Monday 12/22/25) at night needs some customer service help. I get it, everyone is prone to bad days but still, at least acknowledge i exist as a customer.

    no line, they said welcome in, let me add steak and extras to my burrito and actually gave me my food unlike McD's next door which you get none of these from. feels more like Chipotle here now.
