The one time I go to this location and already issues. I get it when it’s busy things take time but This location wasn’t busy when I got there and yet I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a small order. I thought they forgot about me because the cashier took off for a while after I paid and yet the food quality is not what I expected for taking that long. I literally got half of my nachos, not sure if they ran out of food?

I work in the area so I frequently come for lunch. The experience is consistently bad, which is why I feel the need to leave a review. Perhaps I shouldn't expect much from a Taco Bell in North Las Vegas, but I have to believe that this location could be better managed. Anyways, let me explain what my typical experience at this location looks like: I walk inside and find the kiosk to begin ordering. Nobody is behind the counter, all the staff is busy in the kitchen. I place my usual order. An acceptable period of time passes (usually 5-10 minutes) and then someone calls my name and hands me a bag with my food and promptly walks back to the kitchen. I inspect the contents of the bag, which is missing the hot sauce I asked for. That's just as well because they also didn't bring me a cup for the beverage I clearly ordered. I stand there leaning over the counter, hoping that someone will spot me from the kitchen. Finally I get my beverage cup, I walk to the soda fountain and find that there is no ice and all the beverages are warm. Is the machine even on? Clearly they don't use it. I return to the counter and try to flag down an employee to help me. They have to fill the beverage behind the counter, because the soda fountain in the lobby is out of service. So why did they hand me the cup in the first place, instead of offering to serve my beverage from the soda fountain in the kitchen? Look I don't now if they are just constantly understaffed, burned out from work, or just don't give a damn because they work at a Taco Bell, but it's a bad look for the company. I suspect that they intentionally disabled the soda fountain in the lobby to prevent homeless people from walking in and taking drinks, because this area has an alarming population of homeless.

This place need to get it together. The website has no breakfast menu at all only features coffee and its been that way for months. There's no more luxe cravings boxes in the online exclusives. Just meal for 2 or 4. I'll drive to another taco bell further away before I go there. The other taco bells still have everything on their website for ordering including the $5.99 build your own luxe boxes.
