  Last night at 9:20 my cousin and I came in dine in We were ordering the sandwiches and I asked for the restrooms code and the employee told me that the restrooms were already close and I asked him if I can use it because we were staying to dine in And he said no because they were already close And I said why restrooms are close if the restaurant is still open his answer was We are about to close and it was only 9:20 pm And it was a Sunday night they close at 10:00 pm They were really rude and disrespectful. We left and eat across the street at pollo loco.

  The employee who made my sandwich was rude from the jump. Ordered a foot long and as soon as my wife asked for it to be cut she had an attitude. I asked for lettuce but it was brown and looked old so I asked for the lettuce in the container next to it that was closed with a lid, attitude, watched us struggle to open the drink fridge to then tell us it’s locked. We pay for our food and as I grab it she says the dinning room is closed then walks away. It was pretty obvious we weren’t dinning in so for her to add that was unnecessary, I didn’t get her name but the serve number is 826

  My boss and I go there 1-2 a week for the great service that we recieve for Samantha she always serve us with a smile and positive attitude. Even she may be having a bad day Sam is always smiling. She deserves to be a Manager for the Store.

  WE were traveling and was good alternative fresh ingredients, warm bread, and packed with taste. Amazing!
