This location has always just been alright. The food is good, ice cream is good too, but the quality of the food has left something to be desired a few times. Like this most recent when I got two blasts and they both had about half an inch of headspace left empty. Maybe its a new policy idk, its just kinda wack

We did not received what we order.. after asking 3 times it was onions on burger. Asked for a strawberry lemonade and was given a slush with milk in it. I didnt live on that side of town. So I didnt know until I got home. Try calling and manager never came to phone.

RAW MEAT, REAL RISK, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! My wife and I were served severely undercooked, raw ground beef at the Sonic on 5465 Camino Al Norte (6:45 PM). We had already eaten part of the burgers before realizing the centers were pink and unsafe. This is a serious food safety failure, not a preference issue. Photos attached. The GM contacted us and offered to “personally make our burgers next time.” No refund. No real accountability. Just “come back and try again” after being put at risk. Serving raw beef is dangerous. Dismissing it with a hollow offer is worse. Think twice before eating here.

The "Premium Chicken Bites" are not premium. They are made from chopped up bits and pasted together. They don't have Popcorn Chicken anymore, at least they were real chicken! The Sonic Blasts need to be renamed cup of ice cream with a teaspoonful of topping on top - the topping is no longer "blended throughout the ice cream. That is FALSE advertisement as the pictures show it blended --- I have tried two different locations and it us the same. I will no longer visit Sonic. At Dairy Queen you get real chicken and the Blizzards are as pictured.
