    I drive a truck so I eat a lot of different Papa John's across the country and I can tell you that this is one of the cleanest and well-run stores anywhere in the country

    I only give one star because I have to. So I called to redeem an order that they messes up on last week. So I tried to make it easy on them and said half cheese why did i get pepperoni, the manager wanted to argue with me as I'm just curious as to where are we going wrong with this. And they tried to charge me a delivery fee even though it was there mess up and he refused to make it right and hung up on me. Needless to say they have poor customer service and I really just want a refund an he hung up as condescending as he was now they sent Doordarshan told me I have to pay for the order

    I tried 3 times to order online, kept kicking me out. I called to see if I could order by phone, I was told to call back, push# 3 and someone would take my order. Called, explained and after being told I needed to call another number, I hung up. Worst customer service!
