- BSBo SantosFeb 27, 20262.0Last month, I ordered 2 extra Crema De Cilantro sauce and paid for the extra fees for it. Went home, and the sauces are NOT in my bag. Was super upset. The second I went was about 2 weeks ago. I told the lady at the drive thru about what happened last time and she said next time to call in about it. That, I understood it. Ordered my family meal deal. Ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and gravy. The way the lady handed me the bag was like she was literally thowing it at me...like if she is angry or something, then she shut the window right away. Went home..then it turned out the mashed potatoes are not in the bag. Instead it was Cole Slaw. 🤦♂️I dont know if I want to order food from this location anymore. Because, im either LOSING money and NOT getting my order correctly. Plus, they show that thwy are angry or something. What did I do? I gave five stars for the cleanliness of the restaurant...also 5 stars for the food itself. It's just the "human error" that needs to be corrected or worse-case-scenario, replacements of certain staff individuals. 1 star for that. My apologies.

Then they gave me small portions, including very thin 2- to 3-inch chicken pieces. To add injury to insult, I saw one of the workers come into the dining room to eat his lunch, which consisted of massive pieces of chicken and generous sides. I won't be back.
