    On several occasions, I have arrived at Pollo Loco well before closing time (around 8:00-8:30 pm), and habitually, there is no chicken available. It seems to be a custom that, after 8:00, no chicken is served, which is very frustrating.

    A week ago we had the family-sized chicken dinner like we used to get. It was incredibly dry, the pieces were tiny (too small for chicken it seemed). Then yesterday my husband wanted a burrito so we decided to try one more time; especially because I was craving their great Chicken Totada. He said the burrito was "fine", but the Totada was pretty dry, or seemed that way since, even though I paid extra to get "Double-Chicken" Totada, it had VERY LITTLE chicken, almost no beans nor rice. Even the cheap, yucky lettuce was sparse (see pic), despite the higher prices, it was less than half of how they used to fill it. The only good part was the shell. Even the side order of chips was small, dry and broken. Extremely disappointing, we won't go back.

    They messed up on my original burrito, but they fixed it right away for me without any resistant. And they even checked in with us to make sure everything was good.
