- YAYamilet Aquino4 days ago1.0came here at 6.50 and got a blended freeze coffee I might as well have asked for an iced coffee I think it’s ridiculous to be charged a price for coffee be asked to tip and not even get what you ask for. One simple feedback : make the drink how it’s ordered I have a video of how watery it is you can’t see it in picture but it’s past understanding and ridiculous especially the guy waiting the drive through I can’t remember his name but he had glasses and a tan hat and was working during 7 on Thursday March 12 this is my regular local Dutch I come here like 4/5 times a week now I’m hoping they build another on closer to home because this one is going to hell too just like the one on Las Vegas blvd

The staff is rude and has always has an attitude. It’s giving starbucks customer service…… the drinks are okay but the mobile app is never accurate with times. I recommend going to the dutch on craig and camino al norte. much better customer service

- DDD3Feb 12, 20261.0I visited Dutch Bros for the first time yesterday morning on February 11 and had a disappointing experience. Despite the long line, I was eager to try their coffee. After ordering and paying, we encountered a delay due to the staff's attention being focused on the vehicle in front of us. It took some time for them to attend to us, and when they did, the service was unfriendly. The staff member seemed to have an attitude, and we weren't greeted properly. This experience made me feel unwelcome, so I want be returning.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
