    Difficulty locating the Dunkin Donuts. There is a big signboard about 400 meters behind the gas station quickmart that houses the Dunkin Donuts . There is no DD sign on the quickmart itself, the DD is self serve, and most importantly, no espresso. Oh yeah, and the slice of pizza tasted like sadness.

    Very disappointing experience at this Pilot truck stop. The cashier ladies were extremely rude and did not allow me to ask simple questions. Their attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have been a loyal Pilot customer for years, and this is the first time I have encountered such behavior. This kind of customer service is not what I expect from Pilot, especially toward regular customers. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper customer service training.

    Not a real Dunkin Donuts. It is a very small self serve coffee station inside the gas station.
