- BBBrittNov 26, 20251.0I ordered a dozen donuts. Half the donuts were wrong and they gave us maple donuts instead of what we ordered. My family HATES maple. We also ordered two breakfast sandwiches with white cheddar and they gave us American cheese on both. We didn't realize this until we had arrived at our destination and we couldn't turn around and go back as it was a far drive each way and there was no time to go back and fix their mistakes. We were never told about any availability issues while we sat at the window for several minutes. Never going back here.

I waited around 5 minutes before finally pressing the bell, confused that nobody had acknowledged me yet. Another minute or two later a woman, I’m assuming the manager, came out with another employee (it looked like she was being trained). The older employee glared at me and told me they were making my order and I replied “I just want to be acknowledged” and she glared at me again and continued to ignore me while talking to the other employee. I’ve been a fast food shop manager before and if I were in charge I’d fire that employee/manager? Immediately. Worst customer service I have ever personally received.
