The employees are incredibly unaware of customers and have no understanding of what customer service is nine employees in the back of the kitchen with the manager for over 20 minutes. Three customers standing waiting not one employee addressed us once when they finally did After I waved them down come to find out we were waiting for rice something they could’ve easily shared as customers got in line waiting. This is not an isolated event. It’s always an issue with food containers for meat being empty no eye contact from employees short dismissive rude attitudes. The entire culture here is trash as a business owner I would Fire the entire staff and start over immediately

The KM working 12/29 is so miserable and the absolute worst. She did not keep her line freshly stocked and copped an attitude when I asked for double corn after giving me a third of a scoop thinking that was suitable. I truly can’t believe this Chipotle is ran so poorly at nights. In my honest opinion you might as well demolish it and try again, fire everyone and clean house. Change store managers and try to get your establishment under the correct regulations and service that’s supposed to be provided. The Regional Manager should be aware of the atrocities that occur in this hell hole.
