I was told this location was out of white rice about two hours before closing, but white rice was still available for online orders. I could clearly see white rice being used in the back for those orders.
When I asked about it, I was told they weren’t making any more white rice for in-store customers, even though it was clearly still being served to online orders. It was frustrating and felt inconsistent.

Stopped into Chipotle Mexican Grill just for chips and guacamole, and it hit the spot. Chips were fresh and crispy, and the guac was flavorful and fresh. Quick service and a clean store. Always a solid choice.

Food is disgusting. I ordered a kids meal for my son and the carnitas looked like shredded dried up beef jerky. Tasted inedible. Ive never had a worse Chipotle experience. The fruit that came with my sons meal was the tiniest orange and it was bruised and moldy.

I’m sad to say my experience here wasn’t the best. I went with my boyfriend, and to our surprise, no one was at the front. We called out “hello” a few times and could hear people talking and giggling in the back, but no one came out. When a staff member finally did come out, he seemed annoyed and gave very poor customer service.
As my boyfriend and I were deciding what to order, he kept repeating “white or brown rice” over and over. When my boyfriend politely told him to give us a moment, he mumbled something under his breath. At that point, we decided to just walk out.
We went around 9:00 PM, and since they close at 11:00 PM, it wasn’t even close to closing time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience :(

Eh, we decided to leave chipotle alone for a while ever since their prices have gone up and you get less and less but we decided to come here for the BOGO entree and the price was still ridiculous. Now I get charging a little more for double meat but $7!? If I’m going to pay $7 extra for double (if that’s what you can even call it any more) then every bite better be edible in which there was a number of steak pieces that were undercooked or all fat.. honestly I don’t even know because I didn’t chew long enough to find out… YUCK 🤮. Some of the employees are pleasant while others need to work on it to say the least. I remember when Chipotle actually gave you a fat burrito (husbands was half the size they use to be) and decent amount of meat on your bowls. After today’s trip we’re leaving Chipotle alone.. they’re decent but they are not that damn good for the prices they charge and what you actually get.
