I call the manager and she pathetically offers me $10as compensation….ridiculous and unreasonable when you are feeding a family whose already hungry and trying to make sure they are happy, getting what they actually wanted to eat. $50 btw. Don’t go here, probably like the 4th time going here and everytime there has been something wrong. ✌🏽

However, today we waited 40 mins for our beer to arrive to our table. When it came, they brought us the wrong beer. Of course, they overcharged us (although they said it was correct) and when we complained to the manager she said that's how they do things in the restaurant. Very disappointing and we are def not going back.

At one point our server said our wings were almost ready and 10 minutes later the wings finally came out. And the wings came out cold. I informed our server that we now needed boxes and checks so we could get back to work and wouldn't be able to sit down and eat here anymore. The server said ok and then walked away and disappeared. After 7 minutes I ended up asking a different server for our checks because I figured we'd been forgotten about. That server printed out checks and handed them to us before the other server appeared again. After paying I asked for lids for the ranch we got and towelettes to take. Again the server said ok and then I watched as they made 6 drinks and had a full conversation with a different server before handing the lids and towelettes to us as we did there waiting to leave. I keep hoping Buffalo Wild Wings is going to be better but every time I go, I'm disappointed.

It is obviously they save the food that would definitely be returned in person for the Togo orders. The food is always cold & not "cooled down from the ride home" cold, but like ice cold. The fries are definitely the first batch of the morning left over. Old, hard, and cold. Just disappointed in their obvious lack of effort for to go orders. The same product should go out as it does in person.
