  The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant in my life. We were seated after 10 minutes, hardly anyone was sitting down so there were plenty of open seats. Our waitress checked on us only 4 times including delivering food and the check. It took 40 minutes for any food to come out after we ordered, the rest of my tables food came but mine didnt. I waited patiently, and it took another 40 minutes to bring me my food. I had to ask them to go check on it, and when they did finally bring it out, it was cold and the sauce became congealed. It was absolutely disgusting to look at, and I cant believe they tried to serve me that. No one once checked on it between when I got my food and when my party's food was brought out, it was just sitting under the heat lamps. All I got from our waitress was a sorry and "we'll take it off the bill". I took my business to wingstop immediately after. They had my food out to me within 10 minutes of ordering and it was actually hot and their service was much more personable. I will not return to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future under any circumstances.

  They keep the place pitch black to save money and the service is the slowest out of all Buffalo Wild Wings. They make u wait forever to sit down and don’t even acknowledge your existence and I watched multiple people wait forever and give up and just leave the establishment.

  Ordered online. Online said to pick up by 7:10. I placed order at 6:30pm. I arrived at 7:10 and still waited till 7:20. Order was wrong so I had to wait another 10 minutes and when I got home food was not only cold but made wrong. No kids meal and I ordered all flats and I got boneless. Will never do online Order at this location. Called to see if they can assist but no answer. O

  Food is good, but the customer service is horrible, I order pick and you just wait wait for somebody to come help you. Food is ready and just sitting their. They ask you your name and never say anything else to, not one word..

  Do yourself a favor and drive 10 more minutes to the Durango location. I paid almost $10 for a draft while Playing max bet? Thought I’d treat myself to a beer and a few dollars for gambling. The bar is empty so there is no dedicated bartender. You have to wait for a waitress to come over for a drink order, food order and pay out. Just close down already.
