    January 23rd I placed an online cake order paid $100. Pick up was for Saturday February 14th at 3pm. I sent my BF to pick up the cake only to find out they never made it. Employee stated it wasn't their fault that they dont know what happened and they may have forgotten to put paper in the printer... well that statement alone is alrdy admitting to fault. She said she called her manager and was told that I could pick some already premade cake from fridge. Or to give them almost 2 hours to make order and id have to come back later.. mind you pick up was for 3pm.. my father's bday party is at 4pm.. yal expect me to pay for full price for some pre-made cake sitting in your fridge different flavor and style?! Or leave my fathers bday function to come back later. No reimbursement/ compensation for the inconvenience was provided . Awful customer service and poor customer satisfaction. Lack of accountability for their mistake.. with that being said I demanded a refund that I wasn't going to give them anymore time to fulfill order or pick some pre-made cake and told me they needed my physical card.. so I had to drive out there myself my BF waited at the store for me, I show up in person and store employee goes oh we were able to process your refund im like so you just told me over the phone you needed physical card so yes I drove over to store for no reason.. she expected me to leave with no receipt for refund so I asked her to give me managers number .. called today no answer left voicemail manager gisselle quickly followed with text saying id be refunded in next 5 business days.. that's it.. not even an apology for the inconvenience.. man this was poorly handled. I get mistakes happen ok fine but own up to it and provide a compensation for that convenience!!!

    The last 3 times my family has went into the location on Camino the same girl 2:58pm 2/1/2026 manager should look this up. Cappi never available because she does not want to make it. Might as well be closed with not providing one of your most popular drinks. HOWEVER always a joy to vist Lone Mountain location they are always prepared and kind and offer all selections. Hire people that actually want to work were Sick of it!
