  I don't eat at too many different fast food places but Arby's is always great. Those nice soft buns and the meat just melts in your mouth. So delicious tasting. Definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to when I'm craving something quick and easy. The curly fries are bomb too!

  Went though the drive though. The “KID” taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. When i asked about specials he was ver short and smart. I ordered and pulled to the window. When i reached the window i asked the kid was he the one taking orders? He said yes. I replied and told him his customer service is bad. He then says why because you want me to explain everything to you? I told him he is the one taking order he should know the menu and be able to answer customers questions? He then responds by saying “what you want me to offer you more food?” I think request to speak to his manager. Both employees are hispanic. A girl comes to the window and asked me if i was done ordering i said yes. Before she asked this i told her how i felt the customer service. She then dismisses my compliant and tells me my order total. I then said excuse me i just made a complaint about the employee and you jist tell me my total? She then gets an attitude and tells me she will talk to him later. I explained i’m not worried about her talking to him but her not acknowledging my concern. I then asked for a customer service phone number she tells me get it off line. I asked for her name and his name and closes the window in my face. Vey unprofessional. If they don’t like their job they should go get a new one.
