  The worker Ernest was the most rudest unprofessional employee I have ever met. He was very rude while making the food he’s filling the containers halfway. We’re paying $45 for a meal and you fill it up halfway and when I tell them about it he’s like this is what you’re getting get smart and it said if you have a problem with it, you can go elsewhere. I really hope he’s not a manager and I hope that you guys Customer Service improves because this is ridiculous

  Came in with the guys from work just another lunch break, nothing special. One of those routine stops at El Pollo Loco where you know exactly what you’re getting. Double pollo salad. No surprises. Except this time, there was one. The kiosk was acting up machines doing what machines do when they forget they’re supposed to serve people. Jaime stepped in. No attitude, no rush. Just handled it. Old-school. Human. We sat down, started eating, talking about work the usual noise. And then something happened. Not loud. Not dramatic. No audience. Just a quiet moment most people would miss if they weren’t paying attention. But I saw it. Jaime did something for someone who needed it. No hesitation. No performance. No expectation of anything in return. Just… decency. The kind you don’t see enough anymore. It hit me harder than I expected. I got up, walked over, and shook his hand. Looked him in the eye and told him I respected what he did. Because that’s the thing You can teach systems, policies, procedures… …but you can’t teach that. That comes from somewhere deeper. Respect, Jaime. Real respect. Esteban

  They always got pretty decent fast food. I always order the chicken avocado burrito and never had any problems anywhere with that order. I was kind of disappointed that it’s all order on the kiosk.

  Don’t come to this location the drive through takes ten minutes with two cars, they say they have no chicken at all but it’s a chicken place make that make sense. I go The second time I go to give them the benefit, the chicken they gave me was raw not cooked complete, the avocado they gave me black color, the tomatoes are bad and mushy I threw whole plate away $17 to the trash. Never coming back to this place

  I came here and everyone was nice. I ordered and was waiting on the food. I noticed no one in the building had on gloves. The cashier was taking orders and then going to handle sides for customers. The guy cutting the chicken wasn’t wearing gloves and the woman that was bringing food up wasnt wearing gloves. I asked why isn’t anyone wearing gloves. I was told bc they’re not directly touching the food but they’re touching the utensils that are touching the food. They’re touching things and then grabbing the utensils. No one washed their hands. It’s pretty disgusting but they were all nice
