  It was my first time at this location and it was a really bad experience. Service was extremely slow and it did not look busy at all. My food was cold by the time they gave it to me & the iced coffee watered down I just threw it away. Didn’t have time to stick around and ask someone to fix it. Very disappointed.

  Probably the worst service I’ve received at an Einstein. Had to repeat my order 3 times cause the lady taking my order kept yapping with her coworkers instead of paying attention to what I was saying.

  I’m definitely loving Einstein bagels it’s just everything you want for breakfast. I love the sausage. I tried the hot honey eggs sandwich, and it was delicious the hot honey next to that turkey sausage mmmgood… sorry you only see half and that will disappear. Oh oh paired with the lemonade dragon fruit refreshing and a it’s a thirst quencher…

  This place is amazing. Fresh bagels and coffee, staff is so friendly and atmosphere is a fun and light vibe. Great place to chill and enjoy good bagels and great people.

  The food at Einstein is always amazing. I truly don’t care if the service is a little slow — this isn’t McDonald’s, and the quality is far better. I’m happy to wait for good food. The reason for my rating has nothing to do with the food. It’s about the management. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen who appears to be the manager speak very degradingly to the employees (many of whom are kids). As someone who has worked under managers like that before, it’s really hard to witness. On multiple visits, I’ve heard her complain about employees to customers while they’re standing right there. One time my order was made incorrectly — which happens anywhere — but instead of handling it professionally, she ridiculed the employee in front of me, saying things like, “What is wrong with you? It’s not that hard. Do you need a break?” The poor kid just stood there silently and kept making my food. He apologized to me, and I told him there was absolutely no need — mistakes happen and I wasn’t in any rush. The food keeps me coming back, but it’s uncomfortable watching employees be treated that way. I truly hope management reflects on how they speak to their team.
