  It's a chain bagel spot so there isn't much deviation if you've been to any other chain bagel spot. The low score goes for the inability to do something as simple as "extra cream cheese" I've asked for extra, heavy, "a lot" and yet somehow I end up with less cream cheese than if I had asked for a regular amount. I wouldn't have been upset if there would at least been enough to coat the bagel but to ask for extra and then get light is unacceptable

  This establishment is so small and cute. It can get very busy in here, but the staff always works hard to get their food out in a timely manner. I get the tasty turkey lightly toasted, and it comes out so good every time!

  I was there just now on 9:55 am 2/11/26 the kids working are very nice but they don’t pay attention. I went in the store and asked for toasted bagels I came home and my bagel sandwiches are not toasted this is about the third time this happens and it’s so disappointing.

  It was to loud inside the sto tree e the cashier couldn't hear me for the price we pay for the sandwich you would think they could get the order correct I repeatedly said No spread no condiments! What did I get the gross aioli sauce? Minimum wage equals minimum skills! Do better.
