  Absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The service is awful and the quality is poor. It is dirty too. I stood in line for a VERY long time in a building full of visible employees. They did not at all assist me or try to take my order. They just stood around, fooled around, and even laughed at me as I was leaving because I was upset that they did not ask me for my order. I will not be coming here again. I already called customer service to report the employees for their awful service and bad performance. Just like the many other bad reviews said on this platform, I highly suggest to not come here.

  This is actually pathetic. Mind you, I paid for EXTRA meat and asked for extra rice. There's barely any rice in this bowl and they just spread the normal amount of meat around. I'm so done with this brand. I came through the Chipotlane, now I have to go inside to rectify this.

  I’m writing this because the gap between Chipotle’s marketing and the reality at this location has become impossible to ignore. Their commercials show steaming, fresh ingredients and "hand-crafted" care, but my experience consistently tells a different story. I usually visit around 6 PM—the middle of the dinner rush when you’d expect the freshest food. Instead, the food is consistently cold. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal that feels like it’s been sitting in a cold tray for hours. There’s no steam, no heat, and honestly, it feels like the "freshness" they promise on TV just doesn't apply here. The service is just as disappointing. The staff consistently acts indifferent and unbothered, making the whole experience feel like an inconvenience to them. Between the cold food and the dismissive attitude, it’s a complete 180 from the brand they sell in their ads. I’ve given this place plenty of chances, but the "6 PM reality" just doesn't live up to the hype.

  I’ve officially reached my limit with this location. I keep coming back hoping for a turnaround, but the experience is consistently freezing in every sense of the word. First, the food: calling it "luke-warm" would be a generous compliment. Whether it’s the steak, the beans, or the rice, everything arrives at a temperature that suggests it hasn’t seen a heat lamp in hours. Eating a $15 burrito that feels like it just came out of a refrigerator is completely unacceptable. Then there’s the service—or lack thereof. The staff acts like serving customers is a personal inconvenience. There is zero urgency, no greeting, and a total lack of basic professionalism. It’s a toxic combination of ice-cold food and an even colder attitude from the team behind the counter. Management clearly doesn't prioritize quality control or customer experience here. Save your time and your money; literally any other option in the area will provide a warmer meal and a better environment than this.

  I had placed on order for pickup via the mobile app for 730 PM at 630 PM. The food was ready when I picked up the order, however when I tasted the food it was ice cold. This leads me to believe that they make the food/order way ahead of time. I will never go back to this location. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. Unlike the commercial when it says YUP (Total BS) the food was premade and cold.
